INGREDIENTS: Peppermint (chopped), hibiscus, apple pieces 15-20%, birch leaves, lemon zest, rose hip pulp, licorice root, 5-10% eyebright, black currant leaves <5%.

PREPARATION: Brew 1 teaspoon of tea (2.5 g) in 200 ml of boiling water, let it brew for 7 minutes and strain through a filter.
