Probiotic or probiotic yogurt drink FitLine Feel Good Yoghurt Drink contain 4 different cultures of healthy lactic acid bacteria with an incredibly high concentration of probiotic bacteria, and contain the prebiotic inulin. The product is low in fat and cholesterol, enriched with whey proteins and, thanks to probiotic cultures and inulin, gives excellent results that have a positive effect on the intestinal flora.
FitLine® Feel Good Yoghurt Drink is powder for making yogurt (yogurt-like drink) with live probiotic cultures. The product is characterized by low fat and cholesterol content, enriched with whey proteins and inulin.
The main prerequisite for the preventive action of probiotic cultures is a sufficiently large number of living microorganisms – possibly different strains – which, having passed through the acidic environment of the stomach, reach the large intestine. The prebiotic agent inulin plays the role of a protective shell for probiotic bacteria during their passage through the stomach.
In the intestine, probiotic microorganisms attach to mucosal cells. The better they can “hold on” there, the longer their stay there will be, the more widely they will develop their healing properties.

PROPERTIES OF ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Sweet whey powder, enriched with protein, is a dairy product that is obtained in the production of cheese and cottage cheese. The sugar contained in whey is milk sugar, which is easily absorbed by the body.
NULIN is a complex polysaccharide, a soluble form of fiber, which has the ability to reduce the absorption of glucose from the intestines into the blood, maintaining its level at normal levels. This is important for patients suffering from diabetes. Inulin also removes harmful substances from the human body: salts of heavy metals, radionucleides, cholesterol, toxins, forming insoluble compounds with them. Inulin also significantly increases the number of bifidobacteria in the intestines.
NIACIN – helps reduce blood glucose levels and increase glycogen reserves in the liver, normalizes cholesterol in the blood. It affects the expansion of capillaries and arterioles, increasing venous and decreasing blood pressure, increasing blood flow speed, and increasing heart contractions.

YOGURT CULTURES (Laktobacillus acidophilus La-5, Bifidobakterium Bb-12, Streptococcus thermophilus, Laktobacillus delbrueckii subsp. Bulgaricus) – live lyophilized cultures of probiotic lactic acid bacteria: lactobacilli, bifidobacteria, lactic acid streptococcus, Bulgarian bacillus.
INGREDIENTS FitLine Feel Good Yoghurt: Protein, whey powder, inulin (19.8%), niacin, yogurt cultures (with milk lactose) (Lactobacillus acidophilus La-5, Bifidobakterium Bb-12, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. Bulgaricus).
PREPARATION IN A FITLINE YOGURT MAKER: Pour approximately 0.5 liters of skim milk into the inner container of the yogurt maker and add the contents of the package (50.5 g of powder). Stir until completely dissolved. Add the rest of the milk up to the mark, stir again and close the inner container tightly, trying to release as much air as possible from under the lid. Pour boiling water into the outer container up to the top edge of the container mounting (at a height of approximately 5 cm). Then place the inner container with Feel Good – the hot water will rise to the top edge. Now carefully close the lid of the outer container and maybe even set the pressure. After about 10 hours, the enriched probiotic product will be ready to eat – if stored in the refrigerator for up to one week, its effectiveness will not change!
